Koibbito TCG User Guide

Please read this guide carefully. By placing an order with Koibbito TCG, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.

■ Out-of-Stock Items

Koibbito TCG sells products across multiple channels, including our website, social media pages, live-selling platforms, and consignment partners. Because inventory updates may not always happen immediately, an item shown as available may already be out of stock.

If this occurs, we will refund the unavailable item and ship the rest of your order. If your entire order is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

■ Rewards and Points

Online purchases do not automatically earn rewards or loyalty points unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Promotional rewards, discounts, and store credits are subject to their respective terms and cannot be converted to cash.

■ Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Koibbito TCG reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel orders that appear suspicious or unauthorized.

We may contact first-time customers or customers placing high-value orders to verify their identity, payment, or order details before processing and shipment. Failure to complete the requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund.

■ Incorrect Pricing

While we do our best to keep all prices accurate, typographical, technical, or listing errors may occasionally occur.

If an item is listed at ₱0, significantly below its reasonable market value, or at an obviously incorrect price, Koibbito TCG reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order. Any payment already received for the cancelled item will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

■ Product Labels and Price Changes

Prices shown on product labels, sleeves, stickers, or older promotional materials may reflect the price at the time the item was originally listed or added to inventory.

Because trading-card prices may change based on market conditions, the current selling price displayed at checkout or confirmed on your invoice will apply. If a refund is required because of an incorrect delivery, approved return, or exchange, the amount will be based on the final price paid for the item.
